Barbarian in the City Walls. Schumpeter’s ‘Entrepreneur’ as the Subject of a Historico-political Discourse

A common narrative about the recent reactionary turn in electoral democracies around world highlights a fundamental lack heart of neoliberal rationality — political/ social version critical theorists and morals/ traditions conservative critics. What if this is complemented by an excess, antinomic element, that overdetermines shift to right? Following mainstream subject entrepreneurial self study reaches into genealogy ‘entrepreneur’ concept theory Joseph A.Schumpeter, tracing its roots dichotomies Werner Sombart Friedrich von Wieser. By placing framework Foucault’s two discourses, I draw out complex relationship between Schumpeterian analogues theory. An outcome analysis hypotesis polidiscoursivity: problem ‘barbarian subject’ at gates (or within city walls) Austrian school’s (neo)liberal utopia.
